A favorite past time of mine involves looking like I'm doing important and meaningful things within my Operating System of Choice. Another favorite past time of mine (that I've recently picked up) is browsing Reddit. For the longest while, I've been baffled as to how to make myself look important and busy while browsing the most awful (or awesome, if you really think so) timesink ever to be pushed onto the internet.
While scouring Reddit, I came across a little terminal application that allows me to do just that. My prayers have been answered, and I'm not disappointed!

This terminal application is called Cortex, and it allows you to browse Reddit and Subreddits with ease. If you want to view a story, it'll open up your default browser and let you go on your way. A configuration file can also be set up into a folder within '~/.cortex'. This is good stuff.
Now when people see me browsing Reddit within my terminal, they'll ask, "Holy crap, what's goin' on with dem words on yo' screen?!" And I'd reply...
"Nothin'."
Or they may say nothing at all. Whatever. Use this if you care about Reddit and terminals. That's all.
